We provide a private platform and human assistance to help Applicants prepare, review, and submit Travel Authorization applications. We are not a government, embassy, or consulate; we have no authority to approve or deny applications, and we do not provide legal advice.

Once submitted, Service Fees may be partially refundable at our discretion; Government Fees are generally non‑refundable per authority rules.
• Refunds for Errors. If your application contains errors or omissions in data you supplied, you are responsible for any re‑filing costs and additional Government Fees.
• Promotions. Promotions or discounts are subject to their stated terms and may be modified or withdrawn at any time.
• Taxes. You are responsible for all applicable taxes and surcharges.

Before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute, you agree to first contact us at support@travelsmarttravelfast.com so we can investigate and attempt to resolve your concern. We reserve the right to contest chargebacks for services rendered and to suspend or terminate access in cases of payment abuse or suspected fraud.

• Provide current, complete, and accurate information; promptly update changes.
